Everything in one place

The partner portal at boardgamelibrarian.ai/partners is where you manage your integration. Games, widgets, team members, analytics, and audit logs -- all in one dashboard.

Role-based access

RolePermissions
ManagerFull access: games, widgets, team, billing, audit log
ViewerRead-only: analytics, games list, own profile

Managers can invite viewers and other managers. A manager cannot promote themselves to a higher role (the hierarchy is flat). Viewers see only their own team record, not the full team list.

Games management

From the Games tab you can:

  • Add games to your account (link to BGG game ID)
  • Upload rulebook PDFs directly
  • See PDF processing status (extraction complete, chunks available)
  • Configure which games appear in which widgets

Widget configuration

Each widget you create has its own configuration:

  • Default game context (which game the widget starts with)
  • UI language
  • Color scheme / transparent mode
  • Allowed game list (restrict to your catalog)

You can preview the widget live from within the portal before embedding.

Analytics

The Stats tab shows:

  • Questions asked per day / week / month
  • Tier 1 vs Tier 2 split
  • Average confidence score
  • Player feedback (thumbs up / down)
  • Top 10 most-asked questions

Audit log

Every action by any team member is logged: game additions, widget config changes, team invitations, role changes. The log shows the actor, IP address, timestamp, and full JSONB diff of what changed.

Notifications

The notification center shows system alerts (service degradation, new feature announcements) and team activity. Unread count appears as a badge in the sidebar.

Quality assurance

Answer quality is monitored continuously. A nightly process evaluates recent interactions using an independent AI model as judge, then proposes and validates improvements to the prompt templates that generate answers.

What this means for you as a publisher:

  • Answer quality for your games improves over time as more questions are asked.
  • Systematic issues (e.g. a specific question category consistently underperforming for a particular game type) are automatically detected and corrected.
  • You can track answer quality trends in the Analytics section of your partner dashboard.
  • The system never changes answers retroactively — it improves future responses by refining the prompt templates used during synthesis.
